Kick boxing

Kickboxing classes are a combination of martial arts techniques and circuit training that will strengthen and tone every muscle in your body. It's a great way to learn self-defense, burn fat and kick your body into shape.

Step aerobic

Step aerobics is a form of aerobic power distinguished from other types of aerobic exercise by its use of an elevated platform (the step). Step aerobics helps burn calories and fat.
